Uber, the international mobile app-based transportation network is the official transportation partner for the upcoming gulfBID, gulfInteriors and Gulf Property Show taking place from the 12th – 14th May 2015 at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.

Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), the organisers three exhibitions also known as the 3G’s, have partnered with Uber to provide free rides worth up to BD 8 to both the exhibitors and visitors attending the exhibitions through the user code HCEUber.

The Uber app works to connect a passenger to their driver by tapping the button to set up your location then requesting a ride for the driver to accept following entering the location or address of the proposed destination; after getting picked up by the private driver, the Uber App will show the driver the route to your destination while letting you monitor every movement from step one all on your phone. The app also helps family and friends track users while they’re enroute to their destination providing a sense of security to both the passenger and their loved ones.
